Option to disable Article Schema in Optimizations

I use RankMath on my sites which already adds the Article schema, and it is better/more complete than the one Arvow injects. I don’t want 2 Article schemas on my posts, but you currently can’t disable this option. I still want the other schemas Arvow injects (FAQ, etc), and I’d prefer to keep RankMath’s article schema. Any way to do this?
