Add hashtags to social media syndication

Currently, there is no feature that allows users to automatically add hashtags when syndicating articles to social media platforms. Users must manually add hashtags, which defeats the purpose of automating content distribution. It would be highly beneficial to have an option where hashtags can be added automatically during the social media syndication process, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency for users.
