Adjusting (in-article) images and text directly in Journalist before publication or downloading

What I often notice is that the in-articles images are non-relevant to the article. And sometimes I would also like to edit the text before downloading or publishing to an integration.

It would be nice to be able to adjust these quickly in Journalist.
