Avoid repetitive content on a site. Allow me to define links to reference content

Imagine a websit about a city. Every. Sing.e ARticle. A bout the city starts with an intriduciton paragraph wih the same - but I have full pages about that already. No human would do that it would start with a simple "holidays in new york" and "Knew york, nice city, apple of whatever" and some links and THAT IS IT. Not a paragraph, But the AI is not aware of those reference information.
