Choose URL slug based on Keyword or on Title

At the moment the URL slugs for posts are based solely on the post title. Often times this means the slug is quite long.

It would be great to have the ability to have it so the URL slug was a keyword instead of the post title, WHEN the post was generated with the "keyword mode"
