Copy & Paste Custom Outline from Clipboard

Sometimes I already have a custom outline in mind but I find myself either typing the outline one point at a time or copy/paste one header at a time. ZImmWriter has this cool feature where you copy your outline to a clipboard and then hit the button to auto insert the outline. See attached image as an example.
