Enable Bulk actions on Custom images

For Example You have 100 business photos and want to group similar photos into categories for use by topic and keyword. im looking for the following features:

Create photo groups (galleries):

-Create photo groups (galleries) to group similar photos together.

-Quickly select photos and move them to a gallery.

Edit tags:

-Apply bulk actions to tag multiple photos at once.

-Use multiple tags and galleries in the custom section.
