To generate a better FAQ section. Todays solution allow only 3 FAQs, and the FAQs produced are too extensive. A FAQ needs to be short and to the point. At Zendesk they expain FAQ like this "FAQs start with a question and then provide a concise answer. While many think of FAQs as a basic list of questions and answers, some businesses incorporate them into a single section when building a larger help center.Β»
