Guidance on Importing Multiple Articles and Keywords via Excel

Hello, I have watched the Journalist tutorials, but I still cannot find or understand the correct format for importing multiple articles and keywords using Excel in the 'Generate Articles' feature. Additionally, could you provide a way for Journalist to automatically generate article titles, such as 100 'how to' articles? Thank you.
