Multiple sitemaps for internal linking

Add the ability to provide more than one sitemap to be used for internal linking. This has two purposes.

1. Wordpress sites that makes use of Post as well as Custom Post Types, can do better internal linking

2. For a federation of websites. If a customer runs 3 websites about a similar topic, this feature allows interlinking between the sites.
