Option to Select Desired LLM Model for Tasks

I suggest we add a feature that lets us pick a specific LLM model when we set up tasks in Journalist. This would make it easier for us to create content that fits just right and makes our work better, especially when certain features of a model are exactly what we need. By choosing our favorite LLM model, we can make sure the tool works better for different kinds of jobs. Thanks!
