Provide an easy way to get credits for defective articles.

Do not talk about how you spend money on AI and thus no refunds. By law you owe a good professional service product. I spend 1 credit on "high quality" I can expect it to be correct, not in the middle of nothing, not repetitive to an article generated for the same preset. Articles with bad low quality content are not the customer's problem. You make the price, you sell "high-quality articles" - stop blocking refunds. There are OBVIOUS problems on your end (like generating listicles then saying they generally do not work) that are not MY problem but YOURS - and you fail to handle this professionally. This must change.
