Scroll using up and down arrows

This might seems minor, but the popups and other scroll bars in this platform wont scroll using the up and down arrows. This is pretty standard UI feature, so hopefully it’s a quick fix.
It’s especially useful when working on a laptop without a mouse wheel, and other similar situations.
