Start Date / Push Dates

Start Date:

When setting up the autoblog, it seems like it will immediately start blogging after setting it up. I'd like to schedule a start date, so when I want every weekly blog to post on Tuesday, it will do that.

Push Dates:

I'd like to be able to schedule ''push to integration'' dates.
